The little single sided pcb with 11 pins and a blob says:

* It should be able to operate on 5V
* It has an smd jumper on pin 1 (pin seems somewhat broken)
* It should at least be able to sound Birds, African jungle (whatever that may be), Wind chimes and possibly Beeps.
